We are thrilled to announce our first pregnancy workshop. Helping mums to feel confident through movement during all stages of pregnancy. A feeling of strength but also opening and release to promote fluid movement. This workshop will go through; - Pilates movements that can be performed throughout pregnancy. (This will be a 45min pilates class in the workshop) - Yoga postured to open and release specific areas to benefit the changing body and prepare for birth. - yogic breath work techniques to calm the nervous system, bring balance and harmony And help to reduce tension and stress. - Introduction to some key nutrients and foods to implement to support mum & baby.
